Property Enhancement endorsement provides increased limits for debris removal and amends/extends Business Personal Property coverage

Commercial Liability Broadening endorsement provides blanket additional insured coverage and is primary and non-contributory when required by contract

Commercial Auto Broadening endorsement increases the maximum coverage to $50,000 for physical damage loss to a hired auto, plus Lease Gap coverage up to $25,000

Broadened Pollution Liability for Covered Autos covers sudden and accidental discharge of pollutants

  • Completed ACORD application for each coverage part
  • Completed program specific questionnaire
  • 5 year currently valued company loss runs
  • Drivers list and accompanying Motor Vehicle Records
  • Copy of each vehicle registration (VIN reporting requirements)
  • Property statement of values if values exceed $750,000
