Mattei Landscapers Insurance program provides industry-specific insurance with proprietary coverage forms written specifically for landscapers, tree service operations and lawn care clients that install and maintain municipal, commercial and residential landscaping. Our flexible program includes landscapers who provide tree trimming service, snow removal, hardscapes, and other landscape-related services.

Submission Requirements

  • Completed ACORD application for each coverage part
  • Completed program specific questionnaire
  • 5 year currently valued company loss runs valued within 90 days. Detailed description of all claims with a total incurred amount of $100,000 or more
  • VIN numbers for all vehicles on ACORD Application
  • Drivers list and accompanying MVR's
  • Complete description of activities, ownership and interest of each Named Insured
